Delivered first batch of 38/115 portable handwashing stations to Save the Children International- Bhutan Country Office.These are to be distributed to schools through SHND, MoE to make better and flexible access to handwashing facilities in schools, since handwashing is now seen with greater purpose than ever before in the wake of COVID19 Pandemic. Note: This is however not to be treated as replacement for standard filtered drinking water facilities in the schools. BTO’s portable handwashing solution won jury award in 2019 WASH Innovation Challenge from UNICEF ROSA. Anyone is free to replicate the idea.
