We are grateful to Mr Bupdosh and his team at Pling Happiness Centre for helping us rescue our portable toilets from MDP. It took us over two weeks and dozens of calls to just get back our toilets (in the worst conditions). We are completely heartbroken. We remember sending 6 toilets instantly after just one call from a taskforce member. No paperwork, no beaucracy, just faithfully answering to the urgent call.This is a typical tragedy of the commons that’s suffered by all government properties with no accountability. If it were government toilets, they would have just disappeared but it’s ours, we won’t let that happen. Thank you Dasho Chewang Rinzin and Dr. Chencho for helping us get to the bottom of it.
